Mateng, Katinting.com – Sejak di kelola tahun 2018 lalu, saat ini, di Kambicci, Dusun Sipodeceng, Desa Tobadak, Kecamatan Tobadak, Mamuju Tengah, sudah ada, tidak kurang dari 20 unit kolam penangkaran Lobster Air Tawar, di kelola oleh Kelompok Pembudidaya Ikan (Pokdakan) Giat Muda Dusun Sipodeceng binaan Dinas Kelautan dan Perikanan (DKP) Mamuju Tengah.

Sebagai salah satu kelompok pertama dan terdepan dalam pengembangan penangkaran Lobster Air Tawar, tentu penangkaran di Dusun Sipodeceng, Kambicci akan menjadikan kawasan ini pusat investasi dollar dari penghasilan jual beli Lobster Air Tawar, karena meski memiliki keuntungan besar dengan harga fantastik, namun dalam pengembangan dan masa produksi cukup mudah, sebab tidak terpengaruh pada konndisi suhu dan cuaca, serta memiliki pakan yang tidak sulit mencarinya.

Meski saat ini, Kelompok Giat Muda Kambicci ini, belum sampai pada pasar konsumsi, namun dari dua tahun lalu, pengembangan Lobster Air Tawar di Kambicci, pelaku usaha pengembangan dan penangkaran Udang Jenis Lobster tak memungkiri sudah menghasilkan omzet yang besar, dari penjualan bibit Lobster atas pesanan penangkar untuk kebutuhan konsumsi dari berbagai daerah.

“Paling banyak dari Sulawesi Selatan dan Sulawesi Tengah, dan dari waktu ke waktu permintaan pengiriman terus meningkat, sehingga kadang kami kewalahan untuk memenuhi pasokan kebutuhan pasar” ungkap Awaluddin Ketua Kelompok Giat Muda Kambicci, Kamis (09/12).

Katanya untuk di pelaku usaha pengembangan Lobster Air Tawar, Kelompok Giat Muda dari Kambicci, Mamuju Tengah, sudah populer, sehingga untuk promosi besar besaran terbantu dari para pemesan dari luar daerah Mamuju Tengah.

“Dalam sekali pengiriman pemenuhan permintaan pesanan, sampai 150 ekor, satu pemesan, biasa sampai tiga pemesan dalam satu bulan, dengan ukuran pesanan paling banyak 2 inchi sampai 3 inchi” kata Awaluddin.

Ketenaran kelompok ini kemudian, beberapa pelaku ekspor tujuan Malaysia dan Singapura bahkan ada yang lansung dari luar negeri menghubunginya, minta disiapkan, tapi sampai saat ini permintaan dari pasar ekspor ini, belum di penuhi, karena memang kelompoknya belum konsen ke pasar konsumsi.

“Sementara tawaran permintaan dari pasar ekspor untuk beberapa negara, mereka sudah memberikan kebutuhan stok pengiriman yang harus di penuhi, yakni 50 kilogram perminggu, dengan panjang sampai 7 inchi, karena kami penangkar yang hanya menyiapkan bibit, maka kami tolak permintaan itu, tapi tidak menutup kemungkinan kedepan kalau ada bantuan indukan, maka mungkin kami akan masuk ke pasar konsumsi” beber Awaluddin.

Ia menuturkan, untuk memenuhi kebutuhan ekspor pasar konsumsi, kelompoknya butuh bantuan indukan sampai 450 ekor, jika ini bisa tersedia, maka pihaknya akan beralih ke pasar konsumsi baik lokal maupun non lokal, tanpa meninggalkan pasar jual beli bibit.

“Tapi karena, indukan kami masih sedikit, makanya kami hanya konsennya di pasar jual bibit, sebab biaya produksinya juga masih kecil, karena makan untuk jenis Lobster Air Tawar tidak serumit dengan kesiapan pakan Lobster Air Asin, demikian juga penerimaan cuaca, Lobster Air Tawar menerima semua kondisi cuaca” pungkas Awaluddin.
